NCKU Department of Urban Planning hosted the 17th UP Forum in March 23, 2013.
The event was hold in the Auditorium with the topic of “理論與實務的對話—沿海易淹水地區國土規劃新思維” with the opening ceremony by NCKU President Dr. Hwung-Hweng Hwung. Within the event there was professionals from everywhere with high interflow during the discussions. In this year’s UP Forum 2013 there was over 70 thesis been presented, last by not least the Minister of Ministry of the Interior Lee, Hong Yuan was giving a speech on the topic of “國土規劃的理論與實務” during the opening ceremony.
