Theories and Practice of Urban Planning
The course “theories and practice of urban planning” is one of the major characteristics in department of urban planning, NCKU. All Students from undergraduate to graduate are required to take this course in order to better understand the theories under planning applications and also the real situations happening in planning process. In this course, the students are asked to team up to program and operate planning projects. Presentation and project programming abilities are strictly trained during the courses. We also invite outstanding scholars and planners from other organizations to criticize and give practical advice of the student projects for advancing.
